Turn it on when you run something of your own. Every venture gets its own revenue, expenses, runway and key tax dates, behind one icon and away from your personal timeline.
- Runway that works itself out. Type your cash once. NUO rolls it forward every month from your running income and costs, and tells you how many months it lasts. It’s marked as an estimate until you type the real balance.
- One venture or several. Each has its own revenue, expenses and runway. Switch between them, or view all together. Add your own sections, like Legal and trademarks.
- Key tax dates, ready for you. Tell NUO how you run your business. It lists the UK deadlines that apply to you, such as confirmation statements, VAT and Self Assessment, and reminds you in good time. A prompt to check gov.uk, not tax advice.
- Expenses that add themselves up. Say “Xero 29 pm on the 3rd” and it’s tracked, grouped and totalled per month.
- A monthly wrapped, and what to do next. On the 1st: revenue, costs and profit against the month before, as a shareable image. Insights adds plain-English next steps, like renewals coming up or all your revenue coming from one client.

Type “Pauls bday on 16th nov, and Paul and I are going to Brighton from 15th to 17th” and get the yearly birthday and a shaded Brighton trip. Every “and” starts a new entry.
Photos on any task
Attach a booking confirmation or a photo to a task, note or bill. Any picture, any size, converted to fit. One tap to view it from Next up.

The one thing to do now, with its address (Apple or Google Maps, or copy), the “don’t forget” lines from your notes, its link and photos. Tick it and the next thing steps up.
Home notes you can search and copy
Keep account numbers and agent details in the Home and Business managers. Smart keyword search finds them, and a tap copies just the number you need.
Watch home renewals
NUO suggests renewals worth watching and uses the date on the task. One tap to watch, then compare quotes. Home renewals only.
